Minnesota Pretrial Network is a private Minnesota response, navigation, referral, and stabilization service for people affected by arrest, release, court obligations, electronic monitoring, behavioral-health needs, addiction, and practical barriers to pretrial compliance.

Our mission is to give individuals, families, attorneys, providers, and trusted supporters one clear place to begin. We identify urgency, organize a short action plan, connect people to the responsible service, document the attempt, and follow up without replacing courts, attorneys, clinicians, emergency services, or supervising authorities.

Minnesota Pretrial Network is owned by Guardian Pretrial Services LLC. It is not affiliated with the State of Minnesota or Minnesota Judicial Branch and does not provide legal or medical advice.
